Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your Frost Buddy products.

Drop Off Package

Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
